16 trophies · one route · two endings
The Midnight Walk trophy guide
Steam has 16 achievements. PlayStation uses the same set, and the lists call the last one a platinum. Clean up with chapter select. Do not start a second story for the other ending.
Source notes
100pguides estimates about seven hours for the platinum. That is a difference in route familiarity and pace, not evidence of a second campaign. The roadmap uses chapter select for cleanup.

The route
Play the story and grab what Housy says you missed. Use chapter select for stragglers. For Burn Out and Fade Away, resume the last Moon Mountain checkpoint and pick the other option. Completion trophies exist for chapters 1 through 4 only. There is no separate “finish chapter 5” or “finish chapter 6” trophy.
I am not listing gold, silver, and bronze counts. That split was not re-checked trophy by trophy.
