Seven subtitle sets · English voices
Languages and how to change them
You can change the written language. You cannot switch the voices off English on Steam. Russian is not in any official list I checked.
Source notes
Steam and PlayStation list English full audio and seven written languages. Nintendo’s list differs. GOG metadata is not used to promise extra voice tracks that the other official stores do not show.
What each store lists
Steam subtitles and interface: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Latin American Spanish. Full audio: English only. No Russian. No Brazilian Portuguese. A PC player asked about Portuguese subtitles on r/TheMidnightWalk on 21 October 2026; Steam’s table still does not have them.
PlayStation screen languages I recorded: Simplified Chinese, English, French (France), German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish (Mexico). Voices: English. Switch 2, from Nintendo: Japanese, French, German, Korean, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, American English. Russian is absent there too. GOG lists English, German, Latin American Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, and the page marks audio as well as text. Treat the extra audio claim as unverified.
How to change it
On Steam: Library, right-click the game, Properties, General, Language, then restart. On PS5 and Switch 2 the game follows the console language in the reports I have. I have not confirmed a separate language menu inside the game, so I will not invent Options, then Language.
If you wanted Russian text or Russian voices, the official answer is no. The Russian-language page says that in Russian: есть ли русский язык. Community translation files exist on Nexus and can break after a patch. This page does not host them.
Common questions
Is there Russian?
No. Steam, PlayStation, and Switch 2 lists do not include Russian.
Is the voice track only English?
On Steam, yes. GOG’s page suggests more audio languages; that conflicts and is unverified here.
Is Brazilian Portuguese on PC?
Not on Steam’s table. Nintendo’s Switch 2 list does include it.
